What Solen AI collects

Solen AI collects the information you submit through the waitlist or contact flow, such as your email address and the page source of the signup. To protect the site, Solen AI may also process limited technical data such as IP-derived abuse signals, request timestamps, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification results.

How the data is used

Your email is used to confirm your waitlist signup, send beta access updates, and contact you about Solen AI, SolenCanvas, and upcoming agent products. Abuse-prevention data is used to protect forms and API endpoints from spam and automated misuse.

Service providers

The site may use Vercel for hosting and serverless functions, Cloudflare for Turnstile and security controls, and Gmail for welcome emails and owner signup notifications. These providers process data only for site operation, security, and communication.

EU privacy rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for product communication at any time.

Retention

Waitlist records are kept while Solen AI is onboarding beta users or until you request deletion. Security logs and abuse-prevention data are kept only as long as needed to protect the service and diagnose issues.
